This privacy policy applies to all information collected through our mobile applications, ("Apps"), and/or any related services, sales, marketing or events (we refer to them collectively in this privacy policy as the "Sites").

The API do not collect any personal information stored in your phone. We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device’s camera, storage, and other features. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings The API uses phone camera allowing you to take and store pictures of your processes, but does not use them The API uses the Photo application of iphone for the purpose of processing the pictures you take when you use the application. The application uses Media Library in order to create and allow you to send PDF and CSV files by the means and to the recipients chosen only by you. The application does not share your photos, contacts or created PDF/CSV files. It does not send data by internet except that you choose to share by yourself
We do not share any information concerning you.
When you contact us by mail, we keep a record of your communication to help identify and solve any issues you and other users might be facing. If you have supplied your email address, we may occasionally send you an email to tell you about special offers, new features, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what’s going on with the application. You may choose to stop receiving our email at any time by contacting us by mail.
We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of personal information. If we know or have reason to know of a systems security breach by an unauthorized party of your user data where that data is being or is likely to be used for an unauthorized purpose, we will promptly notify you so that you can take appropriate steps.

No advertising when you use the application or our services. We do not provide any personally information to advertisers.

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, should we materially change how we use your personal information, we will not notify you by email because we will not keep your mail address. Instead we will release a new version of our application and you have to update it The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Revised” date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible
